Association of Pre-Transplant Stress Echocardiography Findings in 354 Kidney Transplant Recipients With Posttransplant Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events

Figure 2 Further ischemic testing and coronary revascularization in kidney transplant candidates following positive stress echocardiogram. Out of 354 patients, 58 (16.3%) had positive stress echocardiograms. Of this group, 42 patients (72.4%) underwent left heart catheterization, and 24 (57.1%) were found to have hemodynamically significant coronary artery stenosis (>70%). Of those with significant stenosis, 8 patients (33.3%) underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and 1 patient (4.2%) underwent coronary artery bypass graft (CABG).
