Data show that the length of the colon of TBI/BMT animals was significantly shorter as compared with the vehicle group or the TBI/BMT group treated with apraglutide (Brown-Forsythe and Welch ANOVA tests). No difference was observed between the vehicle group and the TBI/BMT animals treated with apraglutide. TBI at 7.0 Gy was applied. * P<0.01.
