Figure 7 Effect of apraglutide on survival in TBI/BMT-treated mice (TBI 7 Gy). Kaplan-Meier curves. Animal survival was monitored daily. n=10 at time=0 for the irradiated groups and n=5 for the control group. Survival of animals treated with apraglutide initiated before TBI/BMT showed significant difference relative to TBI/BMT animals, as determined by log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test, but the difference was not significant compared with control animals. When comparing to the control group, survival of TBI/BMT was significantly different. TBI/BMT – total body irradiation/bone marrow transplantation.
