Animal survival was monitored daily. n=10 at time=0 for the irradiated groups and n=5 for the control group. Survival of animals treated with apraglutide initiated before TBI/BMT showed significant difference relative to TBI/BMT animals, as determined by log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test, but the difference was not significant compared with control animals.
