Panel Discussion on Legal Issues in Polish Transplantation Regulations

Abstract
Although Poland can be proud of a well-constructed Human Cells, Tissues and Organs Transplantation Act there seems to be growing need for further development or modification of some legal aspects of transplantation. It is now obvious that both day-to-day functioning of transplantation medical practice as well as its social acceptance depend on the transparent legal regulations.
