Abstract
Organ and tissue transplantation is currently a well established medical procedure in our hospitals and is quite often the only therapeutic treatment for numerous problems. Consequently, not only their clinical benefit, but also their social benefit are irrefutable. It is however also true that transplants are a challenge for several not strictly health care social bodies.
