Management of Highly Sensitized Patients-Deceased Donor

Abstract

The article reviews recent advances in management of highly sensitized patients. Possessing allo-antibodies leads to limited access to organs and increased risk of acute humoral rejection. Administration of IVIG decreased anti-HLA titers and seems efficient and safe desensitization approach.
