Abstract
Te knowledge about crucial role of transplant coordinators in the whole transplantation process is now common. Without donation there is no transplantation. During 4th European Transplant Coordinator Organization Meeting, held in Wroclaw in June (6-9th) 2006 we had ocassion to host over 280 participants from 26 countries. From over 50 presentations 6 were choosen to be widespread in the current issue of this journal.
